Edible Meadows

  • Climate Hub 32 Turney Street, Meadows Nottingham, England, NG2 2LG (map)

Edible Meadows sessions will take place every 3rd Thursday of the month, 17:30 - 19:30, bringing together Meadows residents who want to grow food locally, together.

Sessions could include planning, planting, watering, sign making, harvesting, pickling, cooking, eating and sharing together.

COMING UP THIS MONTH:

Thursday 19th March - there will be a potato and onion planting session at the Bridgeway Centre 5.30pm-6.15pm, followed by a presentation at the Climate Hub at 6.30pm, with some delicious food cooked by Laura.

The presentation will be about the future plans for Green Meadows initiatives once our funding comes to an end, specifically focusing on how you want Edible Meadows to continue. Your feedback will help us finalise the plans and secure the support and funding needed 💚

Everybody is welcome - no matter the level of experience! Learn how to grow food, meet new people, and more.

Wondering if this is right for you? If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us by emailing admin@greenmeadows.uk or call 0115 718 2028, and we would be happy to advise.

Funding for the Green Meadows project, requires Meadows residents to be prioritised for events. If you live outside the Meadows, we encourage you to join us and take part, but please be aware that you may be added to a waitlist until the places are confirmed.
